Job Summary

Own the in-person bridal client journey and social content for a Nashville boutique, driving gown sales while curating on-camera content and a standout appointment experience.

  • Bridal Styling & Sales: guide brides through gown selection and accessory sales.
  • Content Creation: produce Instagram Reels/TikTok content and capture bridal trends.
  • Customer Experience & Follow-Up: deliver exceptional appointment experiences, document notes, and follow up with brides.

  • Bridal Styling & Sales: guide brides through gown selection and complete accessory sales.
  • Content Creation: create Instagram Reels and TikTok content, on-camera friendly and trend-aware.
  • Customer Experience & Follow-Up: deliver exceptional appointment experiences, document notes, and follow up with brides.
  • In-Store Operations: keep the boutique beautiful, organized, and ready for appointments.
  • Part-time hours 15–25 per week
  • Available most weekends
  • On-site position in Franklin, TN
  • Comfortable being on camera for social content
  • Friendly, outgoing, confident talking with people
  • Dependable and able to work independently
  • Passion for weddings, fashion, styling, or customer experience
  • Retail or sales experience
  • Bridal, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail experience
  • Experience creating Instagram Reels or TikToks
  • Customer service experience
