Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for each Sanco division
• Create engaging content and marketing materials (videos, graphics, print, swag)
• Manage digital channels: social media, email, website, and SharePoint
• Plan and run advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid social, occasional print/billboard)
• Coordinate trade shows and promotional events
• Maintain and evolve our brand voice and identity
• Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of CRM systems
• Partners with key stakeholders to improve CRM adoption and effectiveness
• Develop reporting dashboards and track marketing and sales performance metrics

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in marketing and CRM administration
• Experience supporting or implementing CRM systems preferred
• Experience with digital marketing advertising
• Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills

Preferred

• Strong graphic design and content creation skills is a plus.
