Job Description

Responsibilities

Building and executing DTC email programs in Klaviyo - automations, campaigns, and list growth strategies that convert
Building and executing B2B email programs in Klaviyo + Shopify Wholesale, Faire, and other platforms
Developing full-lifecycle email strategies: from first purchase to repeat buyer to brand loyalist
Own client relationships and deliver an incredible customer experience
Collaborating with Apex to accelerate campaign production and performance
Driving creative calendars and working cross-functionally with our brand, creative, and leadership team to move fast and win

Requirements

Klaviyo Certified
DTC/omnichannel email marketing
Copywriting and brand voice
Ecommerce marketing strategies that drive conversion
Managing a portfolio of amazing brands
