Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of supplier brand strategies and drive menu placements, staff education, POS visibility, and trade excitement.
• Communicate market conditions to the client and identify opportunities via non-traditional marketing.
• Develop engaging sampling initiatives and recruit/train brand ambassadors and logistics coordinators.
• Schedule programming in target accounts, manage budgets, and track KPI and activation results.
• Identify and manage influencer programs to create positive, compliant content and drive consumer awareness.

Requirements

• 3-5 years beverage industry related experience
• Proven leadership, motivation and persuasive communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of spirits and RTD brands
• Ability to manage multiple constituents and drive activation programs with a valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to present information to managers and clients
