Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns and projects, owning planning processes, timelines, and workflows across internal teams and external partners
  • Drive alignment, ensure seamless execution, and support key stakeholder relationships, leveraging performance insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Support development of brand strategy and campaign planning by analyzing consumer insights, brand positioning, and market trends using first- and third-party data
  • Contribute to development and localization of brand messaging and creative for the Canadian market
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects, from planning through launch, across initiatives of varying complexity
  • Own and maintain the campaign planning calendar, coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute high-quality, on-brand creative assets
  • Plan and manage workflows across in-house, freelance, and agency partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery
  • Establish and maintain clear processes, workflows, and documentation to support effective project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of relevant experience working in a brand role
  • Proven ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to build brand leadership
  • Creatively driven thinker, with the ability to incorporate data driven insights
  • Experience in building partnerships, and developing both internal and external relationships
  • Multi-channel campaign and partnership experience across traditional, digital/social across a local and national footprint
  • Expert knowledge of the gaming media landscape
  • Able to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of poker industry landscape
  • Experience localization of brand messaging for Canadian market
