Job Description
Level Up is growing and seeking a Brand Representative to support and build relationships with our expanding client base.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Support onboarding and customer engagement initiatives
• Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
