Job Summary

Own and drive field sales in the assigned territory by visiting stores, executing trials and promotions, expanding outlet coverage, and building strong retailer relationships, while delivering timely market insights and coordinating POS materials.

Develop store relationships and social engagement to improve sell-through.
Report insights on product, pricing, competition, and quality to inform strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Visit assigned stores/outlets as required to collect and organize relevant store information.
Execute product trial and promotional activities at retail locations.
Expand retail outlet coverage to increase product availability/listing rate within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong store relationships through regular visits and social media engagement with staff.
Align the needs of retail outlets and distribution channels to improve sell-through.
Manage, deliver, display, and arrange POS materials at retail outlets to drive sell-out.
Timely report market/user insights on product, pricing, competition, quality, etc.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Language: Fluent English.
Work Authorization: Valid legal work authorization in the US.
Driver's License & Vehicle: Valid US driver's license and own a vehicle for business use.
Personality: Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable interacting with strangers.
Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about sales.
