Job Summary

Own the front-line client engagement engine by blending direct sales, marketing, and training to win early client wins, elevate service quality, and build a scalable team culture.

Direct Sales & Marketing: drive multi-channel client acquisition and onboarding.
Team Development & Interviews: recruit, coach, and empower frontline staff for consistent delivery.
Product Training & Customer Success: embed product knowledge into service delivery and cultivate community outreach to deepen relationships.

Job Description

Direct Sales & Marketing: Build and execute client-facing sales programs across channels to drive conversion and onboarding.
Team Leadership & Training: Hire, coach, and onboard staff; conduct interviews and manage performance.
Product Knowledge & Customer Success: Deliver intensive product training, provide quality customer service, and engage in community outreach to strengthen client relationships.
