Brand Representative (Entry-Level | No Experience Required)

The Fountaine Collective is currently hiring Brand Representatives to join our growing face-to-face sales team in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development. No previous experience is required; full product and sales training is provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions at events and retail locations
• Promoting charity campaigns and increasing brand awareness
• Conducting sales conversations, customer outreach, and lead generation
• Building rapport and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Working towards individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
• Collaborating within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Learning and applying sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge
