Job Summary
Own field activity in San Diego by running demos, pop-ups, and event presence to educate staff and engage consumers; protect sell-through with inventory checks and timely reorders; and feed field insights back to sales and marketing to shape brand strategy.
- Field Execution: Demos, pop-ups, and events that move product visibility and staff knowledge
- Relationship Ownership: Budtenders and dispensaries as core partners for sell-through and brand presence
- Feedback Loop: Systematic collection of visits, outcomes, and sentiment to inform strategy
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Host in-store demos and pop-ups to engage consumers and educate staff
- Represent E10 Labs at events, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Build strong relationships with budtenders, and retail staff
- Support sell-through by checking inventory and notifying the sales team when reorders are needed
- Ensure our displays, menus, and brand materials are current and on point
- Share field insights with our sales and marketing teams to help shape strategy
- Keep things organized and track visits, outcomes, and feedback
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in cannabis sales, field marketing, or retail brand work
- Great communication skills and a confident, approachable presence
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your schedule
- Based in San Diego with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong understanding of California’s cannabis retail landscape
- Weekend and evening availability
- Must be 21+
Preferred
- Existing relationships with nearby dispensaries
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Interest in cannabis tech, heat-not-burn formats, or product education
