• Serve as the friendly face of our brand and our clients' brands at events, pop-ups, and community gatherings
• Start natural, easy conversations with attendees and walk them through product highlights and benefits
• Match customers with the right options and assist with their buying choices
• Provide top-notch service at every touchpoint and pass along customer insights to the broader team
• Work alongside a lively group to hit shared targets in a fast-moving, enjoyable setting

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with a positive outlook and strong communication skills
• Comfort working outdoors or at various event venues
• Dependable, on-time, and comfortable collaborating as part of a team
• Customer-facing backgrounds in retail, hospitality, food service, or similar are an asset but absolutely not required
• Physical comfort standing for long stretches and working in varied weather
