Responsibilities

• Create 1–2 pieces of original UGC per month featuring HairBlock naturally within your active lifestyle
• Capture content in MIA's visual style: natural light, aesthetic, outdoors, active, and authentic to you
• Attend at least 2 MIA events or activations during the Fall 2026 semester and connect with attendees about the brand and how you use HairBlock
• Host 1 on-campus activation, such as a sampling event or organization/community activation
• Introduce MIA to the communities you're already part of, from campus organizations and run clubs to outdoor, travel, wellness, and recreational communities
• Share feedback with the MIA team about HairBlock, our content, events, and what you're seeing on campus
• Represent what it means to live an active life without needing to call yourself an athlete

Requirements

• Are currently enrolled in college and based in California
• Consistently participate in active or outdoor activities such as running, swimming, hiking, surfing, skiing, tennis, travel, recreational sports, or similar activities
• Enjoy creating photo and/or video content and have a strong visual eye
• Are comfortable being on camera and sharing your genuine experience with a product
• Are social, curious, and excited to meet new people
• Can attend at least 2 MIA events during the fall semester
• Are excited about beauty, haircare, wellness, outdoors, travel, or active lifestyle culture
• Can reliably participate throughout the Fall 2026 semester
• Follower count is not a requirement. We're much more interested in your lifestyle, creativity, perspective, and ability to make great content.
