Role DescriptionThis part-time on-site role for a Brand Representative is located in Lexington, KY. The Brand Representative will engage with customers to provide outstanding service, showcase and promote various collegiate merchandise, and serve as a positive ambassador of the Alumni Hall brand. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a high standard of brand presentation.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create an inviting shopping experience
- Ability to promote Brand Awareness and embody effective Brand Ambassadorship
- Excellent Communication Skills for engaging with customers and team members
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment
- Passion for collegiate merchandise and school spirit
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
