Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally at live events and retail promotions
- Start face-to-face conversations about featured products and services
- Create positive customer experiences that build brand awareness and loyalty
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services
- Support customer acquisition and campaign sales goals
- Share customer feedback and campaign results with the team
- Work with teammates and leadership to improve campaign performance
- Take part in ongoing brand, sales, and leadership training
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills

- A positive, coachable attitude
- Comfort engaging with customers face-to-face
- A dependable work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Motivation to keep learning and growing
- No degree or industry experience required.
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sports, or sales is a plus, but it’s not required.
