Preferred

  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and how restaurants make money, including the key levers that drive revenue, from covers and table turns to repeat guests and revenue per seat. A strong, active network within the Dallas restaurant community is highly preferred.
  • Interest or experience in creators, social media, or local discovery platforms is a plus
  • Experience working with SMBs or local businesses (restaurants a strong plus)
