Job Summary

Own ambassador program logistics and create a seamless onboarding and deal flow for creators and affiliates in a fast-growing sports nutrition startup.

Recruit and onboard new affiliates to fuel the program and identify strong candidates for the team.
Coordinate daily outreach and follow-ups to move deals forward and keep records current.
Respond to athlete inquiries with accuracy and professionalism to support fast onboarding and relationship-building.

Job Description

Own ambassador program logistics and create a seamless onboarding and deal flow for creators and affiliates in a fast-growing sports nutrition startup.

Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding.
Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
Keep athlete records organized and up to date.
Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving.
Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.

Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Strong written English and communication skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates.
Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.

Bonus if you've worked with influencer or affiliate programs before.
