Responsibilities

• - Design realistic brand marketing scenarios based on actual professional marketing workflows and business challenges.
• - Create task briefs involving brand positioning, messaging strategy, brand tracking, share-of-voice analysis, and channel planning .
• - Define the documents, dashboards, personas, datasets, and tool environments required for realistic marketing simulations.
• - Develop and review reference solutions and evaluation criteria for marketing decision-making tasks.
• - Assess AI-generated outputs against professional marketing standards and best practices.
• - Evaluate tasks involving marketing analytics, campaign performance, customer insights, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations .
• - Create evaluation rubrics that distinguish strong marketing judgment from plausible but incorrect reasoning.
• - Provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance on complex marketing workflows.

Requirements

• - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, Marketing Management, or a related field.
• - Experience owning brand positioning, brand tracking, messaging strategy, and brand investment decisions .
• - Strong understanding of share-of-voice analysis, marketing performance measurement, customer insights, and competitive positioning .
• - Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics 4, CRM platforms, social media management tools, marketing dashboards, and analytics platforms .
• - Ability to evaluate complex marketing decisions using data, strategy, and business context.
• - Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills.

Preferred

• - Experience building marketing case studies, evaluation frameworks, training programs, or performance assessment systems .
• - Prior experience with AI training projects, AI evaluation, RL environments, or simulated business environments .
• - Familiarity with Rubric Academy, Rubric Bootcamp, or similar evaluation methodologies.
• - Experience working across multiple marketing channels, regions, or product categories.
• - Experience reviewing and mentoring marketing teams or developing marketing best practices.
