Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across areas including campaigns, merchandise launches, events, PR, signage and store marketing, with ownership of assigned workstreams.
  • Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns for merchandise programs (Music, DTR, license, seasonal/trend launches) and manage timelines and cross-functional coordination for successful delivery.
  • Partner with Merchant and PD on merchandise deliveries, line sheets and photo/marketing samples for campaign deliverables.
  • Contribute to marketing plans and pitches through research, insights gathering, brainstorm sessions, and supporting materials (one sheets, signage, etc.).
  • Develop campaign and creative briefs outlining merchandise and marketing programs; communicate plans, set directives and execute, adjusting deliverables as needed.
  • Coordinate with Creative Services, Photo and Video teams; ensure stakeholders are aware of content details to enhance editorial visuals.
  • Coordinate PR partnership activities, including outreach, talent logistics, samples coordination, scheduling, budget tracking.
  • Recap internal and external campaigns with performance data and insights, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve future performance.
  • Stay up to date with music, pop culture, fashion trends to support campaign execution and effectiveness.
  • Conduct administrative duties such as PO requests, invoices, Workfront, signage, and samples requests.

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years marketing experience or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
  • Interest in music, pop culture, and fashion.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey marketing messages effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interface with various departments.
  • Resourceful with strong problem solving in a quick, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to follow-through on assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Time management and multitasking; ability to move from project to project.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
