Job Summary

Own end-to-end brand campaigns, turning briefs into multi-channel activation, coordinating assets and timelines, and translating performance data into next-step optimizations.

  • Cross-functional Ownership: partner with Product Marketing, Commercial, and agencies to align messaging and timing.
  • Measurement and Optimization: analyze performance and inform planning for future campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns across channels to deliver on performance objectives - Translate campaign briefs into coordinated actions, ensuring alignment to key messaging, audiences, and timelines - Coordinate with marketing channels and creative teams to develop and deploy campaign assets - Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to build understanding of offerings, customer insights, and sales trends - Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution - Analyze campaign performance and contribute insights and reporting to support optimization and future planning Requirements - High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - Typically requires 3+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, brand, or campaign execution - Experience supporting marketing campaigns, project coordination, or cross-functional initiatives - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with moderate guidance - Working knowledge of marketing processes, tools, and campaign execution practices - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change - Ability to use sound judgement and discretion in dealing with sensitive and/or confidential information matters - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States Nice to Have - Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or related industries - Familiarity with campaign analytics or marketing performance tools - Experience working with creative teams or external agencies - Exposure to full-funnel marketing and integrated campaign execution - Experience in a matrixed or cross-functional organization Benefits - Inclusive compensation package including annual bonus programs - health insurance benefits - a 401k program - onsite fitness centers and employee stores - employee discounts on products and accessories
