Job Summary

Own brand governance and cross-channel marketing operations, aligning voice, assets, and messaging with campaigns, email/CRM, and insights to drive consistent, ROI-focused growth.

Brand & Asset Management: steward tone, visuals, and messaging; maintain centralized libraries and vendor coordination.
Lifecycle Communications: plan and execute email programs, nurture data, and ABM-aligned cadences across segments.
Campaign Execution & Insights: lead multi-channel programs and translate performance data into optimized messaging and materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Brand Governance: steward brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework; maintain centralized assets and templates; coordinate with vendors on deliverables.
Email Marketing & CRM: plan, build, and execute emails across segments; maintain data integrity, automation, and audience management; document email cadences; coordinate ABM with sales.
Campaigns & Events: plan multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and direct mail; support social/content; manage direct mail programs; assist event planning and logistics; develop marketing materials.
Reporting & Insights: track KPIs and ROI; apply market research and customer insights to refine messaging; maintain a test-and-learn log with optimization recommendations.
