Job Description

Responsibilities

Own campaigns, photoshoots, and visual content across ecommerce, social, and editorial
Lead creative planning — creative briefs, shot lists, casting, on-set direction, post-production
Guide creator and influencer partnerships; oversee seeding programs
Shape brand voice across social, email, web, collabs, and press
Partner with the founder to bring each season, drop, and collaboration to life
Work with the PR agency on press moments, launches, and editorial opportunities
Drive collaboration and special project marketing from concept to execution

Requirements

7+ years in brand marketing, comms, or content leadership at a fashion, lifestyle, or creative brand
Hands-on photoshoot experience — you've built briefs and been on set
Strong visual storytelling instincts and deep care for brand identity
Creator/influencer partnership experience
Highly organized — comfortable juggling multiple launches at once
Thrives in a founder-led environment where things move fast and ideas evolve quickly
