  • Lead new spirit packaging, launch materials, and coordinating timelines
  • Oversee social media, website updates, and partner content

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support new spirits from concept to launch: packaging and label details, timelines, copy, launch materials, and the many small tasks involved in getting a release out.
  • Manage social media and the website day to day with Sierra and our partners: content calendars, posting plans, scheduling, and website updates.
  • Coordinate distillery events, from tours and tastings to launches and partner nights: planning, logistics, vendors, run-of-show, and working the event itself.
  • Plan and oversee photoshoots: concept, shot lists, props, scheduling, and directing on set. This may include booking or hiring photographers, stylists, or assistants.
  • Create sales and marketing materials (sell sheets, menus, signage, printed pieces, presentations) and manage outside designers or printers when needed.
  • Industry and sales support: design and support partnerships, events, and creative activations.
  • Contribute creative strategy: bring ideas and help develop campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Represent the brand at tastings, industry events, and with accounts as needed.

Requirements

  • At least two years in a role where you were responsible for keeping projects, events, or content on schedule for someone else.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented. You keep lists, follow through, and catch mistakes before they go out.
  • Creative, with a good eye and the ability to take a rough idea and produce something finished.
  • Comfortable talking with the public on a tour, at an event, or behind a table.
  • Self-directed. You identify what needs doing and do it without waiting for instructions.
  • Work well in a small team where priorities change and everyone covers more than one job.
  • Able to work on-site in San Francisco most weeks. Set on-site hours will be decided together with the person we hire.
  • 21 or older.

Preferred

  • Experience in spirits, wine, beer, hospitality, or food.
  • Experience with social media management, photography or art direction, event production, and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).

Brucato is made for those nights, gathered around the table with those closest to you. Before even launching, Brucato Amaro's Chaparral expression was named the Best Herbal/Botanical Liqueur at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits.
