As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Brand Marketing & Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and representing Spectrum’s services with professionalism inside retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to stay up-to-date on Spectrum products, services, and promotions
• Communicate product value clearly and confidently during face-to-face customer interactions
• Engage with customers in retail settings to discuss internet, TV, and mobile solutions
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Present tailored service recommendations based on individual household needs
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
• Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience
• Represent Lorygen and Spectrum with a high level of professionalism in a retail setting
