Job Summary

Own internal communications execution across groups, turning business priorities into audience friendly messages and coordinating calendars with a sharp eye on leadership content and consistent tone.

  • Communication Ownership: Translate priorities into clear content and draft/edit leadership messages, announcements, newsletters, and materials.
  • Planning & Execution: Coordinate plans and calendars across teams, manage logistics for campaigns and events, and track deadlines.
  • Quality & Feedback: Maintain assets, incorporate edits quickly, and propose improvements to planning, execution, and measurement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of internal communications across commercial industry groups, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
  • Draft and edit communications, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletters and presentation materials
  • Help translate business priorities into clear, audience-friendly communications
  • Coordinate communications plans and calendars, ensuring alignment across teams and priorities
  • Manage logistics and execution for key communications initiatives, including internal campaigns, leadership meetings and events
  • Partner with team members to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader firm priorities
  • Maintain and organize communications assets, ensuring materials are easy to access and up to date
  • Track deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail
  • Contribute ideas to improve how the team plans, executes and measures communications

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–7 years of experience in communications or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience drafting internal communications materials
  • Familiarity with digital and internal communications channels and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, matrixed environment

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,800 to $139,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $89,800 to $159,000.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
