Job Summary
Own the website roadmap and backlog, coordinating across developers and content teams to ship UX, CMS, and AI/SEO improvements that move site performance and discovery; lead UAT, agency management, and governance of releases; tie optimization to analytics and health signals.
- Website roadmap ownership: backlog, feature priorities, and cross-functional execution.
- Release governance: UAT oversight, staging reviews, bug triage, and agency coordination.
- Performance & analytics: consumption health, data-driven insights, and enterprise forecasting alignment.

- Experience owning a website roadmap and backlog
- Ability to write requirements and prioritize features
- Experience working with development agencies
- Understanding of UX, CMS, and digital platforms
- Strong SEO fundamentals
- Knowledge of structured data/schema
- Understanding of AI Readiness, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and LLM discoverability
- Experience leading UAT
- Ability to review staging environments
- Familiarity with bug triage and ticket management
