Responsibilities

• Help prepare jewelry, shell products, packaging, displays, and market inventory.
• Assist with simple product assembly, restocking, boutique deliveries, and market/event preparation.
• Research and contact boutiques, gift shops, resort stores, markets, festivals, and pop-up opportunities.
• Visit local businesses with Raquel and help introduce the brand and products.
• Track applications, deadlines, fees, follow-ups, and event details.
• Assist with occasional markets and events, including setup, displays, customer engagement, sales support, and takedown.
• Capture simple phone photos and short vertical videos during product work, boutique visits, markets, events, and content days.
• Organize and upload photos/videos so the virtual assistant can edit and schedule content.
• Help communicate content priorities to the virtual assistant and review content for brand fit when needed.
• Suggest simple content ideas, hooks, captions, music, and trends.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, creative, and willing to learn.
• Strong communication, follow-through, reliable transportation, and weekday availability in Westchase are important.
• Interest or experience in retail, sales, events, marketing, social media, fashion, jewelry, entrepreneurship, management, or small business is helpful.
• Paid work, internships, volunteer leadership, campus organizations, entrepreneurial projects, caregiving experience, and prior professional experience will all be considered.
• Some evening or weekend availability for markets and events is needed.
