Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social media management
  • Own the end-to-end creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across core social media platforms, working in close collaboration with product, product marketing, and demand gen.
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with company campaigns, product launches, and industry moments.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active, positive brand presence.
  • Track performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize content strategy.
  • Brand & messaging consistency
  • Serve as the internal guardian of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all content and communications.
  • Review and provide feedback on marketing materials, website copy, sales collateral, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain brand playbooks and style guides for use across teams and external partners.
  • Public relations support
  • Manage the relationship with our PR agency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, social media management, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated success managing social media accounts for a brand, including content creation and community management.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience supporting or executing PR campaigns, media outreach, or communications strategy.
  • Proven ability to apply and enforce brand guidelines across diverse content formats and channels.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company.
  • Familiarity with basic design tools for content production.
  • Experience with influencer marketing or brand ambassador programs.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to content strategy.
