Job Summary

Owns and grows a high-impact consumer brand portfolio, translating strategic priorities into annual plans, leading cross-functional execution, and delivering profitable growth through product innovation, pricing, and channel expansion.

  • Own multi-year brand and portfolio strategy across P&L, product, and lifecycle management.
  • Align Sales, Trade Marketing, and Digital teams to drive line reviews, launches, and retail growth, while monitoring performance and optimizing ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Portfolio Leadership: Develop and execute multi-year brand and portfolio strategies that deliver sustained, profitable growth.\n- Growth Levers: Product innovation (with NPD) and lifecycle management to drive category expansion.\n- Commercial Excellence: Pricing, promotion, and mix optimization to maximize contribution.\n- Trade & Distribution: Distribution growth and retailer/shelf execution to improve availability and share.\n- Communications & ROI: Marketing communications strategy plus investment effectiveness and ROI.\n- Resource Allocation: Active leadership within corporate priorities to focus resources on high-impact opportunities.\n- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to drive line reviews, launches, and customer-specific growth.\n- Leadership cadence: Occasional engagement with Woodstream’s Board of Directors as needed.\n- Planning & Roadmaps: Translate strategic priorities into annual plans, KPIs, and execution roadmaps.\n- Financial Ownership: Own brand P&L, delivering against NIS, EBITDA, and contribution margin targets.\n- Performance Management: Monitor plan performance and adjust strategy to meet objectives.\n- Margin & ProTrack: Support margin improvement initiatives across the portfolio.\n- Collaboration: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Demand Planning to ensure on-time delivery.\n- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and remove barriers to cross-functional alignment.\n
