Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Brand Voice & Cohesion
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual expression are cohesive across all channels (social, influencer, PR, retail, e-commerce, packaging, displays, events, and internal/external presentations)
  • Act as the brand gut-check on messaging and creative before it goes live
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as the brand grows
  • 360° Marketing Calendar & Integrated Planning
  • Own the brand’s 360° marketing calendar, ensuring all activity across brand campaigns, product launches, retail moments, PR, influencer, social, paid, experiential, and owned channels is fully aligned and thoughtfully sequenced
  • Plan far enough ahead to ensure no stone is unturned - anticipating key moments, dependencies, and opportunities well before execution begins
  • Partner cross-functionally to align priorities, timelines, messaging, and asset needs across teams
  • Continuously optimize the calendar based on performance, business needs, and real-time learnings, balancing long-term brand building with agile execution
  • Ensure marketing plans are scheduled to maximize impact, avoid overlap or gaps, and deliver against both brand and commercial goals

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Beauty brand marketing experience, ideally in mass or a fast-growing startup
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • A sharp creative eye and strong aesthetic sensibility
  • Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling capabilities
  • Comfortable working fast, iterating, and building as you go
