Own cross-functional brand activation from strategy through deployment, with ownership of annual planning, creative partnerships, and a data-informed messaging framework that spans the consumer journey.

  • Agency partnerships and SOWs: manage creative ideation across TV and digital, lead briefs, testing, and production.
  • Go-to-market alignment: coordinate with GTM, insights, and internal teams to craft messages and claims for new offers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand planning, communication plans, and strategic content pillar development from inception through deployment.
  • Lead Brand TV and digital advertising campaigns, including creative asset development, creative brief creation, financial business cases, internal routing, consumer testing, and video production.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for creative agency partners to develop integrated creative ideas and experience plans that span the consumer journey; lead the SOW development process for project-based or Agency of Record (AOR) partners and manage weekly status meetings.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market and other cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategic marketing initiatives; collaborate with the Consumer Insights team and internal agencies to develop marketing messages and claims for new products, services, and offers.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, accruals, and optimization of total brand spend.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to help them reach their full potential and achieve career growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, production, or campaign management (must include TV production experience)
  • 2-4 years experience managing teams
  • End-to-end complex brand campaign management
  • Creative agency partnership and workflow management
