Job Summary

Own cross-functional portfolio strategy and P&L with a 5-year innovation pipeline, driving new product and packaging expansions and category opportunities across channels.

  • Portfolio ownership: drive brand strategy, P&L, forecasting, and cross-functional launch planning.
  • Innovation pipeline: shape a 5-year plan with 1–2 year launches and differentiated concepts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with insights, category leadership, and leadership to hit the business plan.

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategies and initiatives into the brand Portfolio Strategy.
  • Develop a 5-year Innovation pipeline and launching new innovations in the 1-2 year horizon.
  • Support Portfolio Plan development, Innovation Pipeline development, Brand P&L management, Innovation Product Launches, Portfolio Forecasting, Channel Strategies / Plans, and Presentation Development.
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional business units to deploy direction that achieves the business plan objectives for the whole portfolio.
  • Build ideas based on product and packaging commercialization viability delivering strong financial performance; require strong business model savvy and partnerships with cross-functional resources.
  • Own Profit and Loss and Forecasting for portfolio.
  • Lead development of 5-year Innovation pipeline to drive incremental growth, including differentiated product and packaging ideas in current/future categories.
  • Oversee cross-functional commercialization team to deliver new innovation and pack extensions/renovations, including quality improvements, packaging updates, and recipe changes.
  • Collaborate with Insights and Category Leadership to unlock portfolio and product opportunities.
