Job Summary
Own regional ECP sales growth by leading Brand Team performance, coaching Districts, and executing territory plans across all channels to hit national forecasts.
- Growth Ownership: Align Brand objectives with district plans and drive regional sales across ELOA, PLG, and IDD.
- Team Enablement: Coach Brand Specialists and partner teams through PPR, ride-alongs, and one-on-one development.
- Process & Planning: Implement territory/account planning and the Essilor Sales and Marketing Plan to achieve regional goals.
