Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define product positioning and consumer value propositions that align with overall brand strategy, portfolio goals, and brand equity.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including target consumer, pricing, channel approach, launch objectives, and success metrics.
  • Lead integrated launch planning across marketing, sales, and eCommerce to ensure clear, compelling market introductions.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, product claims, and customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment among innovation, regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams to execute a cohesive market strategy.
  • Partner with sales to support customer sell-in, optimize channel execution, and balance positioning, claims, and pricing decisions with commercial goals.
  • Monitor launch performance, analyze adoption and market feedback, and apply insights to optimize future innovation and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or commercialization roles
  • Experience working on commercialization of new product launches within a brand portfolio
  • Strong understanding of go‑to‑market fundamentals (positioning, pricing, channel strategy)
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Strong commercial mindset with attention to both brand equity and business performance
  • Experience working with P&Ls and analytical tools (Nielsen, Circana, etc.)

Preferred

  • Preferred: experience in CPG, supplements, or health & wellness categories
