Job Summary

Own the insight engine for guest experience to turn data into actions, oversee the Voice of Customer program, and map the full guest journey to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Own the Voice of Customer platform administration, workflows, and reporting to ensure data quality and usability.
  • Own guest journey management by maintaining end-to-end maps and delivering timely insights to leadership and field operators.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis , Insight Development & Communication
  • Analyze market trends, brand health, and guest behavior using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify patterns, drivers, and root causes.
  • Translate complex structured and unstructured data into clear, actionable insights that inform business priorities and guest experience improvements.
  • Support ongoing measurement, ad hoc analysis, and synthesis across insight sources to assess impact, surface opportunities and risks, and enable better decision-making .
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reports that track guest and brand performance over time.
  • Create executive ready presentations that provide clear decision-ready recommendations.
  • Trend Monitoring & Market Research
  • Support the development and execution of the organization’s insights strategy, including process and capability refinement.
  • Partner with leadership and cross functional stakeholders to intake insights requests, recommend appropriate research approaches, and execute by sourcing data or conducting market research.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized repository of brand, market, and guest insights to ensure information is organized, current, and accessible.
  • Promote awareness, adoption, and use of insights across the organization to support informed, data-driven decision-making .
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with Voice of the Customer, customer experience, or survey based insight platforms .
  • Ability to analyze unstructured feedback and identify themes, sentiment drivers, and root causes at scale.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools; able to create executive ready materials.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced , operationally complex environment and balancing analytical rigor with speed and practicality.
  • 4–7 years of experience in consumer insights, brand analytics, customer experience, market research, or a related analytical field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience translating data into recommendations that inform business decisions.
  • Familiarity with VoC metrics and methodologies (e.g., satisfaction, loyalty, brand health , journey insights).
  • Experience partnering cross functionally to support initiatives with data driven insights.
Preferred
  • Experience in QSR, multi ‑ unit retail, hospitality, or another consumer facing , operationally complex environment.
  • Experience managing a Voice of Customer program through platforms such as Medallia or Qualtrics .
  • Experience leveraging syndicated market research platforms such as Gartner or Forrester .
  • Experience navigating and utilizing reporting through Power BI.
  • Experience applying AI to insights with appropriate validation and risk awareness using Claude, Microsoft Copilot and/or Chat GPT .
  • Experience utilizing customer journey management platforms such as Miro, Smaply or UX Pressia .
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud.
