Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Strengthen Bellanomi's positioning, messaging, and customer journey.
• Develop strategies that introduce customers to our broader skincare and body care portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder & CEO to translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives and plans.
• Lead influencer and creator strategy, outreach, partnerships, product seeding, and potential ambassador programs.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand initiatives, LIVE events, and community activations.
• Develop creative direction and coordinate the content and assets needed to support campaigns across social, email, website, and other channels.
• Support email marketing, content strategy, blogs, and e-commerce conversion initiatives.
• Identify partnerships, events, creators, communities, and opportunities that put Bellanomi in front of the right audiences.
• Monitor marketing performance and use customer and campaign insights to continuously improve strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or consumer marketing
• Experience with a consumer brand; beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, e-commerce funnels, and customer behavior
• Experience with influencer/creator marketing and integrated campaigns
• Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets and campaign investments
• Strong creative judgment, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Experience coordinating creative assets and external partners
• Experience using marketing analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns, improve customer acquisition, and increase return on marketing investment
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership without requiring constant direction
• Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve, decisions happen quickly, and collaboration with company leadership is part of everyday work
