Job Summary

Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare client accounts by leading Revenue Activation reviews, coaching teams, and turning data stories into actionable initiatives across marketing, sales, and operations.

  • Lead quarterly growth reviews and workshops
  • Turn analysis into actionable executive stories
  • Own the client growth numbers with the client

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly growth reviews (we call them Revenue Activation reviews) and leadership workshops, in person and on Zoom, for CEOs, COOs, marketing leaders, regional directors, doctors, and front desks. Change the message for every room.
  • Train their people: front desk, office managers, call center. Behavior change is delivered in person and rehearsed, not attached to an email.
  • Build relationships across the client’s organization, from the executive who sponsors us to the office manager who makes it real, so the partnership never depends on a single person.
  • Own a portfolio of healthcare groups and own their growth number with them: booking rate, patients recovered, appointments kept. Their goal is your goal.
  • Start every client like a consultant: the sales handoff, the discovery interview, the agreed starting line. No report ships until the client agrees where we’re starting from.
  • Read the reporting, don’t just run it. Trace each missed opportunity to the team that owns it, across marketing, sales, and operations, and say which is which.
  • Turn analysis into a story an executive acts on: where we started, what we expected, what actually happened, why, and what we do first.
  • Protect and grow the account. Retention is goal one. Expansion follows from proof.

  • Protect and grow the account. Retention is goal one. Expansion follows from proof.
  • Smart, with a storyteller’s instinct. You open a detailed report, find the number that matters, and turn it into a story an executive acts on. The story is never on the slide. It’s the perspective you bring to it.
  • Comfort with data. You know a fair comparison from an unfair one. You can do the math in your head while the room watches. You explain what a number means in plain language, no jargon.

Preferred

  • Healthcare experience helps. It is not required.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus tied to client outcomes and retention.
  • Employer-paid health coverage. We cover 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees, effective at 90 days.
  • A 401(k) with a 3% employer match, eligible after six months.
  • Paid holidays and a competitive PTO structure.
  • Fully remote and US-based, with occasional travel to client sites and workshops. Not a weekly, or even monthly, grind.
  • Direct development from the founder who built this company, this product, and these client relationships over more than a decade. You learn the business from the person who knows it best.
  • Real AI fluency you keep. You use the best AI tools available every day on real, high-stakes client work. Applied AI skill that compounds and travels with you wherever your career goes.
  • The Catalyst Club, our founder-led book club. Every month our CEO chooses a book and connects it to our product, our clients, and your craft. We invest in people who want to keep getting better.
  • Room to shape the role. You join a small team early, with the visibility, ownership, and advancement a growing company offers and a large one can’t.
