Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain comprehensive brand strategies for easy@Home and Premom to strengthen market presence and drive revenue.
• Lead the B2C commercialization process, ensuring new products are successfully launched and positioned to capture market share in the home healthcare sector.
• Align brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
• Exercise full ownership of external agency relationships, serving as the primary lead for creative development, media buying, and specialized marketing initiatives.
• Apply advanced project management skills to oversee complex workflows, ensuring all agency deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage brand marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) across all external partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with product development to ensure branding and messaging align with product innovations.
• Provide high-level design acumen to oversee the development of product packaging, ensuring it is both functional for the healthcare space and aesthetically compelling for the consumer.
• Align packaging and product marketing strategies with overall company goals to drive customer engagement.
• Partner with internal teams on multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer, and email.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, specifically within healthcare, women’s health, wellness, or consumer goods.
• Commercialization: Proven experience in B2C commercialization, taking products from development to market leadership.
• Agency Management: Strong grasp of project management with a proven ability to lead and hold external agencies accountable for high-quality creative output.
• Design Skills: Strong design acumen with experience overseeing product packaging and brand aesthetics.
• Technical Skills: Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
