Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote marketing, communications, content, campaign, or promotional work connected to marketing strategy, public relations, campaign support, client communication, content coordination, and performance reporting.
• Maintain accurate records, status updates, schedules, requests, and follow-up items relevant to assigned work.
• Communicate clearly with customers, clients, vendors, partners, or internal team members by email, phone, chat, and shared tools as appropriate.
• Track deadlines, identify missing information or routine exceptions, and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
• Prepare concise updates or reports so work can be reviewed, handed off, and completed on time.

• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or other web-based business systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific tools and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
