Drive production coordination across US and Asia to ensure on-time delivery and clear production instructions.

  • Coordinate production across US and Asia with on-time delivery focus

  • Standout: PLM/CRM data accuracy and proactive samples management

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily communication with customers, sales teams, and overseas production offices
  • Translate customer requirements into clear production instructions
  • Place and manage orders with US and Southeast Asia factories
  • Track production status and push for on-time delivery
  • Manage time and action calendars across all projects
  • Initiate and track samples, lab dips, and approvals
  • Follow up on product specifications, quality standards, and testing deadlines
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and PLM systems
  • Support sales with updates, timelines, and issue resolution
  • Receive, organize, and manage incoming samples and packages

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in apparel, trims, packaging, or product development
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and deadline control
  • Comfortable working across time zones with Asia-based teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Strong follow-up and accountability

Preferred

  • Experience with PLM or CRM systems preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business, Merchandising, or similar field preferred
