Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creation of premium brand content, coordinating production, editing, and on-camera storytelling that showcases product benefits through campaigns and retailer partnerships.

  • Production & Storytelling: plan, shoot, and edit photography and video assets for launches, education, and events.
  • Creative Alignment: partner with marketing to shape campaign direction and ensure on-brand messaging.
  • Asset Library & Community: build an evergreen content library and collaborate with creators, retailers, and ambassadors, including occasional on-camera appearances.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Concept, capture, and edit photography and video assets for use in product launches, retail education, trade shows, website, and marketing campaigns
  • Partner with the marketing team to shape the creative direction of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Handle pre- through post-production , including shoot planning, script writing, location and talent coordination, filming, editing, color grading, and audio
  • Create compelling educational and promotional content that highlights product benefits and real-world applications
  • Help build a sense of community and connection through content featuring creators, retailers, and passionate users
  • Occasionally appear on-camera to represent the brand in how-to or promotional videos
  • Work cross-functionally to align messaging and creative with brand guidelines and evolving campaign goals
  • Travel periodically to capture real-world content, attend industry events, and support bi-annual trade shows
  • Collaborate with retail partners and ambassadors to produce content that aligns with and enhances brand identity
  • Develop and manage a library of evergreen brand assets that can be used across web, print, email, and in-store

Requirements

  • A strong background in photo and video production using professional equipment
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve for video editing, and Lightroom/Photoshop for photography workflows
  • Experience with audio recording , lighting setups, and teleprompters
  • A natural storyteller with a deep understanding of brand identity and how to translate it into engaging content
  • A collaborative spirit who enjoys working with other creatives, retailers, and partners
  • Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
  • Self-directed, organized, and adaptable to a fast-moving production environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30 days per year
  • Physically able to transport gear to and from shoot locations

Preferred

  • Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, or creator communities
  • A personal interest in photography, videography, or the imaging industry
  • Knowledge of retail marketing or direct-to-consumer brand building
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms or basic copywriting for brand blogs or video scripts
