Job Summary

Own fast, human, platform-native content output by shooting, editing, and publishing photo/video across social and events while shaping the brand’s online tone.

  • Content Creation: Shoot, edit, post, publish, and coordinate with external creators to deliver lifestyle + product content.
  • Schedule & Cadence: Maintain content calendars, posting cadence, and rapid turnarounds to capture in-market moments.
  • Brand & Engagement: Work with leadership on creative direction and execute content that feels human and platform-native.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit photo/video content
  • Manage day-to-day social posting and community engagement
  • Capture content at events, activations, shoots, and in-market
  • Turn fast-moving ideas into actual content quickly
  • Create short-form video optimized for engagement and platform behavior
  • Maintain content calendars and posting cadence
  • Coordinate with external creators/photographers when needed
  • Help evolve the visual identity and tone of the brand online
  • You’ll work directly with brand leadership on creative direction, but you’ll be responsible for executing and producing the actual content output
  • Assist with basic website updates

Requirements

  • Move fast without needing a committee
  • Can shoot, edit, post, and publish yourself
  • Understand internet culture and platform behavior intuitively
  • Don’t wait for perfect conditions to make content
  • Have strong taste and even stronger execution
  • Know how to make brands feel human online

Preferred

  • Experience with beverage/alcohol/lifestyle brands in regulated industries
  • Motion graphics/basic animation
  • Shopify/Squarespace/Webflow experience
  • Paid social content creation
  • Photography portfolio with lifestyle + product work
