Job Summary

Own and orchestrate a full cycle content engine for residential properties, driving brand consistency, SEO impact, and multi-channel activation from strategy to publish.

  • Content creation ownership across social, web, email, blogs, and videos to grow visibility and conversions.
  • Production management: assets, vendors, and print/digital collateral to meet deadlines and brand standards.
  • SEO and measurement focus: optimize formats for growth and discoverability using data-driven testing.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end content creation process—strategy, concept, writing, editing, and publishing—across all channels, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Design and produce marketing materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva including but not limited to: flyers, brochures, print and digital advertisements, website graphics, resident and prospect communication.
  • Oversee daily content production for social media, websites, blogs, SMS, email campaigns, etc., ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Create print-ready advertisements and coordinate publication deadlines and vendor requirements.
  • Create and publish content for property social media platforms, blogs etc..
  • Develop, oversee, and optimize content across formats (social media, blogs, press releases, emails, videos, etc.) to support growth, brand visibility, and enhance SEO.
  • Direct and edit videos to ensure they are both engaging and informative, contributing to a cohesive content strategy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Schedule, organize, and upload digital assets for efficient content management.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Develop initiatives to increase conversion and retention.
