Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop content that highlights women’s golf stories, athletes, and equipment performance through a female golfer’s lens, including LPGA-related moments and women-led golf culture
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit premium video content including product launches, in-studio production, club testing sessions, and course-based performance demonstrations
  • Create compelling ball flight analysis and technology showcase videos that highlight equipment advantage
  • Produce authentic golfer testimonials and fitting experience content that builds credibility and trust
  • Develop brand-specific seasonal content series aligned with golf calendar (major championships, equipment launches, course conditions)
  • Create lifestyle imagery that reflects authentic golf experiences across various skill levels and demographics with intentional representation of women in the game
  • Capture dynamic action shots showcasing club performance in real playing conditions
  • Photograph product detail shots that highlight technical innovations and craftsmanship
  • Produce course photography, environmental shots, and in-studio creative that support brand storytelling
  • Develop content that demonstrates measurable performance benefits and technological advantages

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media Production, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in sports, golf, or lifestyle industries
  • Demonstrated understanding of golf equipment, terminology, and culture
  • Strong portfolio showcasing golf-related content across video, photography, and design
  • Experience with golf-specific content formats (swing analysis, equipment reviews, course features)
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
  • Familiarity with golf-specific software and launch monitor technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications and project management tools

Nice To Have

  • Demonstrated interest in women’s golf, the LPGA, or creating content for female golf audiences
  • Adaptability to work in various golf environments (courses, ranges, indoor facilities)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with tour professionals and industry partners
