Job Description

Own and orchestrate global brand campaigns with cross‑functional leadership, turning insights into culturally resonant, governance‑aligned programs that move brand health and long‑term growth metrics.

  • Campaign Brand Strategy: Translate macro brand positioning and long‑term company goals into actionable creative briefs and overarching campaign platforms.
  • Uncover Consumer & Market Insights: Partner with research and insights teams to convert data into briefs that spark viral creative concepts.
  • End‑to‑End Campaign Ownership: Lead strategy and execution for Tier 0–2 brand campaigns from business case through launch, reporting, and retro.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Align Brand Marketing, Creative, Growth, Product, PR, channels, regional teams, and agencies for on‑time launches.
  • Campaign Planning and Metrics: Build campaign plans with budgets and success metrics; optimize in flight to hit goals while preserving craft.
  • Tentpole and Culture‑First Ideas: Drive culture driving moments that support growth with internal and external partners.
  • Global Governance: Ensure assets and messaging align with brand guidelines and adapt global ideas for regional relevance.
  • Ways of Working: Create rituals, documentation, RACI, and decision logs to move teams quickly and clearly.
  • External Partnerships: Manage agencies, production, and media partners; negotiate scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Measurement Partnerships: Define KPIs, measurement plans, and post‑campaign learnings with Marketing Analytics to scale future work.
