Job Summary

Own the end-to-end brand campaign engine for global tentpoles, translating brand strategy into briefs, leading cross‑functional launches, and shaping governance and measurement for scalable impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy: Translate macro brand positioning and long-term company goals into actionable, strategically sound creative briefs and overarching thematic campaign platforms.
  • Insights & Research: Partner with research and strategic insights teams to deep-dive into consumer behaviors, audience segmentation, competitive landscapes, and cultural shifts, converting data into inspiring briefs.
  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Own strategy and execution for Tier 0–2 brand campaigns and partnerships from business case through launch, reporting, and retro.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead alignment across Brand Marketing, Brand Studio, Growth, Product, PR/Comms, Channel Owners, Regional Marketing, and agencies for cohesive launches.
  • Planning & Measurement: Build campaign plans, budgets, and success metrics; track performance and optimize in-flight to hit goals without sacrificing craft.
  • Culture-First & Tentpole Moments: Drive ideas that earn attention and support growth, partnering with internal creative and external production/media partners as needed.
  • Brand Governance: Ensure assets and messaging align with global identity and guidelines, adapting ideas for regional relevance without diluting core brand values.
  • Ways of Working: Establish rituals, documentation, RACI, and decision logs to help teams move fast with clarity.
  • External Partnerships: Manage agencies, production, and media partners, negotiating scope, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams.
  • KPIs & Learnings: Partner with Analytics and channel owners to define KPIs, measurement plans, and post-campaign learnings to scale future work.
  • Campaign Calendar & Pipeline: Contribute to an annual calendar across markets, ensuring resourcing and sequencing support big bets.
  • Requirements: 10+ years leading integrated brand campaigns for world-class consumer brands or consumer tech, with measurable impact and cross-channel examples.
  • Hybrid Strategic & Creative Mastery: Proven ability to evaluate creative ideas through long-term brand positioning and business objectives.
  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Track record of multi-workstream, cross-functional programs delivering on time and on budget in fast-moving environments.
  • Creative Partnerships: Deep experience with in-house studios and external agencies across social, video, OOH, experiential, and partnerships.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Fluency in qualitative and quantitative methods, brand health tracking, attribution modeling, and digital performance data.
  • Strategic & Creative Judgment: Ability to translate big ideas into plans, milestones, owners, and KPIs.
  • Communication & Facilitation: Excellent kickoff, review, and status-cycle skills with transparent tradeoffs.
  • Campaign Measurement: Synthesize insights and drive continuous improvement across campaigns.
  • Regional Collaboration: Comfort tailoring global ideas for local relevance and scale with regional teams.
  • Location: Based in New York or Pittsburgh.
  • Experience leading tentpole, culture-driving brand moments and partnerships that earned organic attention and growth.
  • Partnerships with Growth/Performance to align brand activity with acquisition targets.
  • Campaign operating systems, templates, and tooling to uplift team execution at scale.
  • Managing a blended ecosystem of agencies and vendors across concurrent launches.
