Job Summary

Drive on-site event execution and client liaison for Equation Events, coordinating VR experiences and post-event reviews.

Own on-site activity execution and client contact during events.
Must-have: Proven experience managing live events with travel and physical setup.
Standout: Ready to travel frequently and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Get to attend some of the coolest parties/conferences/conventions out there
Set up virtual reality stations, and wow event attendees with VR
Be responsible for the execution of all on-site event activities
Be the main point of contact for our clients on-site
Be proactive and fully prepared for every event
Provide status updates for each event from start to finish
Be an ambassador for Equation Events while at the event
Take photos of the event setup, gameplay, and memorable moments to share with our team
Conduct post-event review to support continuous improvement of processes and practices for future events

Requirements

Proven experience managing the responsibilities listed above
Travel is required; travel costs covered (hotel, rental car, meals etc.)
Must have own car
Valid driver’s license
Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid; see; read; reach with arms and hands; use a computer, telephone, and automobile
Frequent air travel
Physical ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50-100 lbs with or without assistance
