Job Summary

Own field marketing and community engagement for Veo, driving direct marketing activities, event participation, and rider outreach while gathering feedback for the Operations Team.

Lead in person promotions and promotional events
Represent the Veo brand in community and city events
Capture rider feedback to share with Operations

Job Description

Responsibilities

Distributing and delivering marketing materials directly to customers
Engage with customers in the field and gather feedback to share with our Operations Team
Represent the voice of the Veo brand throughout the community
75% of time will be spent on marketing/running events; 25% of time will be spent engaging riders and doing fieldwork
Initiate key direct marketing activities and promotional events
Attend city events and networking with businesses and organizations to promote the Veo brand and to increase ridership
Other duties as assigned

Ability to sell a product/service in person

Superior communication and interpersonal skills
