Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with shoppers
• Conduct in-store demonstrations
• Educate consumers about an innovative consumer program
• Answer questions and provide information
• Distribute informational materials
• Represent the program professionally and enthusiastically
• Capture event photos
• Submit a brief recap following each activation

Requirements

• Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable engaging with shoppers
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating a technology-based consumer service using a tablet or touchscreen kiosk (training provided)
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Local to the Minot area or familiar with the surrounding community preferred
• Brand Ambassador, retail, customer service, promotional, sales, or experiential marketing experience is a plus
