Responsibilities

• Travel to dispensaries throughout New York to conduct promotional events and product demonstrations
• Set up and break down Moon Dust-branded tables and displays (materials provided)
• Educate customers and dispensary staff about Moon Dust products, benefits, and brand story
• Engage shoppers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner
• Build strong relationships with dispensary teams and management
• Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations
• Distribute promotional materials and branded merchandise
• Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management
• Represent Moon Dust professionally and positively at all times
• Submit event recaps, photos, and attendance information after each activation

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New York
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Preferred

• Cannabis industry experience
• Previous brand ambassador, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional marketing experience
• Passion for cannabis education and helping consumers find the right products
• Experience speaking with groups or conducting product demonstrations
