Job Summary
Own audience-facing brand representation and cross-channel engagement to build awareness, trust, and preference while partnering with marketing to execute campaigns and deliver superior customer experiences.
- Brand Representation: Build awareness and engage audiences through events, social media, and outreach.
- Customer Experience & Messaging: Deliver exceptional service and ensure consistent brand messaging with the marketing team.
- Campaign Collaboration & Execution: Help plan and implement promotional campaigns and refine messaging across channels.
Job Description
- Brand Representation: Represent Ognimohub, create brand awareness, engage with customers, and promote services through events, social media, and outreach efforts.
- Collaboration & Campaigns: Provide exceptional customer service, facilitate brand messaging, and collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
